Abstract:
Soybean is rich of protein and its amino acid composition is balance.The nutritional value of soybean is high and it was used widely in swine diets as a good plant protein resource.However,soybean contains a high level of antinutritional factors such as soybean antigen,soybean agglutinin,proteinase inhibitor and so on.These antinutritional factors could destroy the normal structure and function of small intestine,increase endogenous nitrogen loss of swine,which had hazard the growth,development and health of swine,and limited the use of soybean products in swine’s diets.This article outlined the defination,classification and biological function of soybean antigen,soybean agglutinin and proteinase inhibitor three main soybean antinutritional factors and their effects on swine’s health.The purpose of this article is to provide a theory basis for development and utilization of the soybean products in the swine’s diets.
