Abstract:
Previous researches have showed that chemical growth regulators have been used in attempts to enhance the root weight.In the present study,we used three regulators by spraying in a field experiment.The aim of this experiment was to ascertain the effects of different plant growth regulators(PGRs) on physiological metabolism of soybean roots by spraying different PGRs on leaves.Field experiments were conducted in 2006 with soybean Kennong 4 as material,and determined the root activities,NO-3-N,soluble sugar,and so on.The results showed that SOD simulation material(SODM),choline chloride(Cc) and diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate(DTA-6)increased root activities,and SOD-M significantly improved the accumulation and output of free amino acids(FAA)in roots.SODMand DTA-6 enhanced the NO-3-N,soluble sugar and soluble protein contents from the 5th day to the 30th day after spraying,the physiological items of Cc changed varies and volatile within 30 days.The results indicated that application of PGRs could improve the assimilation metabolism in soybean roots,promote to the normal growth of soybean roots.
