Abstract:
Soybean hull is added to the diet for its multifunctional characteristics.Researches of soybean hulls mostly focused on its digestibility and energy value,little reports were found on their content of antinutritional factors.The immunocompetence of glycinin,β-conglycinin and soybean agglutinin in soybean hulls were determined by the inhibition ELISA in this article;Results showed that the immunocompetence of glycinin,β-conglycinin and soybean agglutinin in soybean hulls was 25.3,41.4,and 12.2 mg g-1,respectively,which showed that the immunocompetence of glycinin,β-conglycinin and soybean agglutinin in soybean hulls was quite high.So it is necessary to process the soybean hulls in order to make the immunocompetence of glycinin,β-conglycinin and soybean agglutinin in soybean hulls inactive before adding it to the diet,and more attention should be paid on the additive quantity.
