Abstract:
Microsatellite molecular marker which is called SSR marker is available to be used in the analysis of genetic diversity for its advantage of co-dominance,good repetition and high polymorphism.This paper expounded the characteristics and principles of SSR marker and discussed its application in genetic diversity of Glycine soja,which will supply the related theoretic basis for the system of the research about genetic diversity of Glycine soja.
