Abstract:
The effect of nitrogen and phosphorus on fat and fatty composition content of soybean was investigated,with high oil variety Shanning 11 and high protein variety Hedou 12 as materials.The results showed that appropriate nitrogen could increase fat and linoleic acid content,decrease content of palmitic,oleic and linenic acid.Under N1 treatment(urea 120 kg ha-1),palmful acid of Shanning 11 decreased by 0.65%,linoelic acid increased by 1.00%,compared with that of control.While Hedou12 performed best under N2 treatment(urea 240 kg ha-1),fat and the total content of oleic and linoelic acid increased by 0.56% and 2.37%,the content of palmful and stearic acid decreased by 0.18% and 0.31%,respectivly.Phosphorus fertilizer could decrease the content of fat,palmful and linoelic acid,while increase the content of oleic acid for high-protein soybean.
