Abstract:
The root vertical distribution of soybean in the range of 0~15 cm from stalk and the root horizontal distribution in 0~20 cm soil were researched systemically in 3 different film mulching treatments,which separately were film mulching on furrows(UPF),film mulching beside furrows(SPF),no film mulching(CK).The result indicated that the dry weight,the vigor and the active absorbing area of soybean roots reduced obviously with the increase of the soil depth and the distance to the stalk,meanwhile,the dry weight,the vigor and the active absorbing area of soybean roots in wide rows were higher than those in narrow rows.The root dry weight and the root vigor in different film mulching treatments were SPF>UPF>CK,but the active absorbing area of soybean roots were UPF > SPF > CK.
