Abstract:
To discuss yield potential of individual plant between semi-determinate soybeans,the comparison on morphological traits and yield components were conducted under different cultivation environments with 16 cultivars from Liaoning Province and Ohio,USA.The results showed that branches,pods per plant,seeds per plant and seed weight per plant of cultivars from Ohio were higher than those from Liaoning Province;while plant height,internode length and 100-seed weight of cultivars from Ohio were less than those from Liaoning Province.The correlation between agronomic traits and yield per plant was different,among cultivars from Liaoning Province and Ohio.The main factors limiting yield potential of individual plant were pods per plant and seeds per plant in Liaoning Province.
