Abstract:
High-protein soybean cultivar Dongnong42 and high-oil soybean cultivar Dongnong163 were treated with NaN3,and agronomic character of 58 mutant lines derived from Dongnong42,77 lines from Dongnong163 were analyzed.The results indicated:a high level of variation was in seed number per plant,pod number per plant and number of seed with bug per plant,but a low level of variation was observed in plant height and node number of main stem;seed yield per plant had significant positive correlation with plant height,pod number per plant,and seed number per plant;number of seed with bug per plant had significant positive correlation with pod number per plant,seed number per plant and seed weight per plant
