Abstract:
Using Hitachi Z-5000 Atomic Absorption Spectrometry analyzed the calcium contents in different organs and at different stages of soybean cultivars released in various decades.The results showed that the Calcium percentage content in leaf >stem>petiole>grain>podcover.The Calcium percentage content in the stem and grain were higher in US current cultivars than those in China current cultivars.As the plant growth and development,the Calcium percentage content in plant decreased gradually.Fertilizer(NH4)2PO4 would benefit the Calcium absorption at pod setting and grain filling stages,however no effect after early mature stage.At the mature stage,the absolute calcium value was higher in US and China current cultivars than those in China old cultivars,and higher in US current cultivars compared with China current cultivars.There was no significant difference in the calcium of soybean straw.
