Abstract:
In 2002,comparative studies were preliminarily made on genetic performances of chlorophyll content at F3 and BC1F2generations between crosses and reciprocal crosses of varieties from China and America. The results were as follows: mean chlorophyll content of leaves in blooming period tends to female parent at F3 generation in different crosses.Relation between chlorophyll content broad heritability at F3 generation and that of female parent was very close. The crosses with high chlorophyll content female parent would have a higher broad heritability than the crosses with low at F3generation.The variety of chlorophyll content at F3 generation in crosses and reciprocal crosses was close with chlorophyll content of female parent. Genetic performances of chlorophyll content at BC1F2generations in blooming period was right correlative with the chlorophyll content of crossing parents and backcrossing parent.
