Abstract:
Chief-factor analysis,Cluster analysis and Poly-element regressive analysis methods were adopted to study agronomy and quality traits of 18 soybean varieties.The result indicated that,the main agronomic and quality traits of different soybeans could be sumed up 5 principle components through Chief-factor analysis.Which containted the single individual factor,the quality factor,the shape factor,the insect pest factor and the nutrition factor.When the threshold value was 52.7,it could be divided into 5 categories with different traits to adopt Cluster analysis.The yield to each unit was very significant different ,the high-yield varieties usually had more number of pods per plant ,number of seeds per plant,the weight per plant,but the height of the plant and number of nodes per stem was lower;with the Poly-element regressive analysis,number of nods per stem(x2),number of branches per plant(x3),height of pod(x4),number of seeds per plant(x6),100-seed weight(x8),oil(x9) had something remarkable to the weight per plant in linear effect
