Abstract:
Stress response on soybean physiological characteristics to elevated CO2and O3was studied-Dispose different procreate phase laminae of soybean with 700mg/m2CO2,110μg/m3O3and mixture of above gas,and determine physiological characteristics under stress.Showed that under 700mg/m2CO2,the content of MDA,SOD,O-2,ABA,CaM decreased while WSS increased;under 110μg/m3O3,the results of above target just reverse.Under the mixture,CO2restrains oxygenation reaction of O3. The elevated CO2inhibited stress of O3with synchronization to its concentration elevated.
