Abstract:
One hundred and forty three recombinant inbred lines(RILs)derived from a cross between soybean cultivars Charleston and Dongnong 594 were used to study developmental performance of plant height,nodes on main stem,pods on main stem,100-seed weight,protein content and oil content with growth of soybean plant in parents and RIL population.The results showed that plant height and nodes on main stem increased continuously and reached nearly final level after August 6-Pods on main stem increased quickly before August 24 and then declined owing to abortion of young pods100-seed weight had a increasing of “s” line and reached final weight 70 days after flowering-Protein content showed a decline-and-then-increase trend and got it’s lowest point 50~60 days after flowering-Oil content increased continuously and reached the highest level 70 days after flowering
