Abstract:
225 wild and cultivated soybean resources′ isoflavone,protein and fat content were examined in Heilongjiang Province.The Relationships between isoflavone content and protein,fat content were analyzed.The result showed relationship between isoflavone content and protein content was remarkably negative in soybean.The relationship between isoflavone content and fat content was remarkably possitive in wild soybean.The average of G/D (Genistin /Daidzin) was higher in wild soybean than in cultivated soybean.But the highest G/D appeared in cultivated soybean
