Abstract:

The basis resistance of somatic embryo in soybean to PPT was tested.Plasmid pRdGM-bar was transformed into somatic embryo of soybean via particle bombardment.The resistant somatic embryos and plantlets were obtained.It was demonstrated that the GmDREB gene had been transformed into soybean by polymerase chain reaction and PCR-Southern detection
