Abstract:
To investigate the effect of Phytophthora sojae on the ascorbic acid dase(AAO),varieties with different resistance were inoculated by Phytophthora sojae racer,and the changes of AAO activity was measured.Results showed that the AAO activities behared a course of raise decline and then raise again in the resistant varieties,while a course of raise and then decline was observed in susceptible one.
