Abstract:
Somatic embryos of 6 different soybean were transformed by Agrobacterium tumefaciens. The resistant plants to kanamycin were obtained. 5 positive plants were obtained among them by PCR. These positive plantlets were further analyzed by dot blotting and PCRSouthern blotting. The results demonstrated that the target gene had been transformed into the soybean genome.
