Abstract:
Purification of soybean agglutinin with three affinity chromatography systems, GalNac- epoxy-Sepharose 6B,Gal-CH-Sepharose 4B and guar were compared.The results showed the differences of the prodution rate and absorbing capcities among the three systems were significant, 147±15,110±12, 128±16mg/100g raw soybean and 12.2±1.4,7.5±1.3, 2.1±1.6 mg/mL gel separately.This result indicated that the best way to purify soybean agglutinin was GalNac- epoxy-Sepharose 6B.
