Abstract:
  Different genotypes soybean were potted up to study the effects of potassium nutrition on thephotosynthetic function of leaves. The results showed that the leaf area , chlorophyll contents, stomatalconductance , transpiration rate and photosynthetic rate were all decreased as potassium deficiency , whilethe intercellular CO 2 concentration under potassium deficiency were higher than that in normal condition.With the decreasing of potassium concentration, all the tested physiological parameters of the lines sensi-tive to potassium deficiency such as Tie95068 - 5 and Tie95079 - 2 were changed significantly , while therewere not obuious changes to the cultivars (lines) insensitive to potassium deficiency such as Shennong 6and GD- 1617, demonstreting difference in genotyoes.
