Abstract:
A Fungi strain that is capable of degrading herbicide chlorimuron - ethyl were isolated from theacclimated soil by chlorimuron - ethyl. The fungi strain was named as F8. In synthetic medium and pureculture , about 93. 85%chlorimuron - ethyl was degraded when 5 %F8 was cultured in a Maiyazhi mediumcontaining 10 mg L- 1chlorimuron - ethyl under the condition of 28℃,120r min - 1 and 96h. It was alsoshown introducing F8 into soil was effective in promotion chlorimuron - ethyl degration, the effect was sta-ble and the half lite of degradation was shortened from 46. 52d to 15. 03d.
