Abstract:
T he genetic basis of drought tolerance , full root length , dry root weight and main root lengthof soybean seedling under the condition of water deficit were analyzed jointly by the P 1 , P 2 , F 1 and F 2 gen-erations derived from the cross (Ninghaiwanhuangdou x Jindou19), and mixed major genes and polygeneinheritance models of quantitative traits of joint segregation analysis of P 1 , P 2 , F 1 and F 2 were employed.The results showed that the inheritance of drought tolerance , full root length , dry root weight and mainroot length were controlled by two major genes and polygene .The two major genes showed dominant andadditive and epistatic, full dominant , equal dominant , and equal additive respectively .The heritability val-ue of major genes was 12 .16%, 45.26%, 16.95%and 19.15 %, and the heritability value of polygene was83.54%, 44.55%, 72.20 %and 51.88%respectively .
