Abstract:
 Receptor - like protein kinases (RLKs) play major roles in plant cellular processes andstress responses. Here we reported rapid amplification of cDNA ends( RACE)of a novel soybeanreceptor - like kinase gene rlpk 2. Full length rlpk 2 cDNA was cloned according to the results ofRACE. Details of PCR condition were discussed. The resultant cDNA sequence has been submit-ted into the GenBank database and assigned the accession No. AY687391.
