Abstract:
Six strains were screened from 1500 strains, which were isolated from the soybean rhizospheresoil. In vitro , they exhibited the antagonism toward the plant pathogenic Fusarium oxysporum . Thestrains 18BRR2- 2 , 18BRR9 - 1, 3BRR16 - 2 among the isolates had the antagonism activity toward F.solani , F. semitectum and Rhizoctonia solani . And , the secondary - metabolite produced by these isolateshad the inhibitional activity to F. oxysporum . These isolates significantly reduced the incidence of soybeanroot rot under controlled glasshouse conditions and the field from 31. 97%to 45. 90 %and 20. 00% to 65.00%respectively. And these strains may promote the grow th of soybeans seedling. The strain , 18BRR2-2 has the potential to form production to control the soybean root rot.
