Abstract:
The factors influencing genetic transformation about somatic embryos of soybean Mediated byAgrobacterium tumefaciens had been studied. It showed that the suitable condition was determined as fol-lowed :injured treatment of somatic embryos of soybean , pre - culture one day and a half. The transforma-tion frequency decreased with the date of selection delayed in three months, The transformation frequencykept 8%after three months.
