Abstract:
The factors influencing genetic transformation about somatic embryos of soy bean had been studied .Mediated by Agrobacterium tumefaciens .The sui table condi tio n w as determined as followed :injured treatmentof somatic embryos of soybean , the bacterial concent ration reached 0 .5 -0 .7 (OD600) , 10 minutes infect iontime , 50 -100μmol/L AS .The t ransformation f requency increased in those condi tio n .
