Abstract:
Organism BRF -1 (Bacillus spp .)w as isolated from soybean rhizosphere .Dual -culture test sshowed that it had st rong antifungal activity to 4 pathogens of soybean roo t -rot disease .Further pot experimentindicated it would be a hopeful bio -cont rol st rain because it w as not only to inhibit the soybean roo t -rotdisease caused by Fusarium oxysporum but also promoted soybean seedling.
