Abstract:
The affect factor on the germination f requency of somatic embryos of soybean was sy udied .The resultshowed that there w ere significant dif ference on different genotypes of soybean and different media of germination;among Normal somatic embryos of soy bean , act ive carbon and cane sugar with hig h concent ration in themedia mijht in crease the germination prequency .
