Abstract:
A UV spect rphotomet ry used fo r determination of soybean isoflavone w as established .Genistein w asselected as the reference material , and the samples were determined at 325 nm .Influencing factors were dicussedand optimized .The total content of soybean isof lavo nes in soybean ex tracts is 38 .1 %w ith mean recovery102 .3 %, and the result for the function food is 4 .76 %w ith mean recovery 99 .9 %.This method is suitable forthe routine analysis and quality control of the funct ion food wi th easy -to -handle , good accuracy and reproducibility.
