Abstract:
Immature cotyledon of 5 dif ferent soybean varieties were t ransfo rmed by Ag robacterium tumefaciensLBA4404(pGBI121S4ABC)and resistant plants to kanamy cin w ere obtained .10 egenerated plant s g ave positivePCR reaction .Transfo rmation ef ficiency w as different among 5 varieties .Jilin 43 was easy for t ransforming byAgrobacterium tumefaciens .The time of co -cultivation is one of the most impo rtant factors for transformat ioneff iciency .
