Abstract:
Influence of the org anic compounds in continuous cropping soybean on pathogenic fungi of root rotw ere studied by field experiment and biology simulating ex periment and chemical analysis method .The watersoluble carbohydrates f rom rotational and continuous cropping soil showed a rule that at low concentratio ns theypromo ted the fungus g row th but at hig h concent rations inhibition occurred .At low concentrations , the watersoluble carbohydrates from continuous cropping soil showed much stronger promotion on the g row th ofFusarium semitectum and Gliocladium roseum than those f rom rotational cropping soil.The water solubleamino acids f rom ro tational and cont inuous cropping soil improved the g row th of Fusarium oxysporium ,Fusarium semitectum , Gliocladium roseum signif icantly .The w ater soluble o rganic acids f rom continuous andro tation cropping soil at low concent rations mostly promo ted the g row th of Gliocladium roseum , Fusariumoxysporium and Fusarium Semitectum signif icantly , w hile at high co ncent ration org anic acids f rom continuouscropping soil inhibited the g row th of Fusarium oxysporium .The results above show ed that w ater soluble carbohydrates, amino acids and o rganic acids from continuous cropping soybean had sig nificant ly close co rrelation w ithroot rot .
