Abstract:
This paper studied the ni trogen metabolism of soybean leaf taking Ludou 11 as experiment material ,sy stem chemical regulation by new plant g row th reg ulato r SHK -6 in the f lied .The result s show ed as follow s:1)The protein content and the amino acids w ere promoted and the components of amino acids w ere improved .2)The activi ty of NR and the content of NO3 -N were increased by SHK -6 in whole grow th .3)The activityof pro tease and peptidase were higher in flowering and less in podding and hig hest in f illing .The t reatment wasless than CK in f low ering , and more than CK in podding and filling .The content of soluble protein and freeamino acids were improved by SHK -6 .
