Abstract:
Daidzin is ext racted f rom roug h isoflavone w ith different solvents .The optimal condition of ex tractionis obtained through the ex periments of the circumfluence ex traction wi th dif ferent solvents and hybrid solvents .The result show s that , on over 2 .5 times content of Daidzin in materials can be arrived w ith the hybridex traction of acetone and ethyl acetate .Ultimately , Daidzin is obtained with a puri ty 90 % and yield 40 %.Andi ts agly cone is attained throug h the hydrolysis of Daidzin wi th hy drochloric acid .
