Abstract:
Recombinant plasmid pHN208 wi th luxAB gene and parCBA/DE gene was const ruted .Then thepHN208 w as transferred into 6 soybean rizhobia st rains via tri-parental conjug at ion .The result s showed that thepHN208 w as inherited stablly in rizhobia under both f ree-living and symbisis condit ions .The result s of plant potexperiments showed that the introduction of pHN208 didn′t affect the nodulation occupancy of rizhobia .Acco rdingto those result s , a new method was established to label rizhobia w ith luxAB gene.The method can be used toselect rizhobia w ith hig h compeptitive nodulation ability .
