Abstract:
A method for genomic DNA isolat ion of soybean w as set up .The result showed that the improved extractionmethod from dry soy bean seed w as faster than f rom f resh leaf , and the sampling issue had no effect onthe quality of DNA exracted .The ext ract ion f rom dry seed can save many times and cut dow n expenses.
