Abstract:
The current prog ress on tissue culture and plant regeneration of protoplast , sing cell , organogenesisand somatic embryogenesis w as reviewed .Different pathw ay s of inducing plant regenerat ion w ere compared .The main problems of tissue culture and researching direction of soy bean in the future w ere also discussed
