Abstract:
The 7S and 11S globulin content of 5 soy bean varieties g row n in 11 locations of Heilongjiangprovince , Jilin province and Liaoning province were analysed with the line g radient SDS -PAGE .The resultshowed that 7S and 11S globulin contents w as signif icantly negative co rrelation ;7S and 11S globulin content s ofone variety w as different sig nificantly among locatio ns ;It w as very evident that the v ariation of 7S and 11Sg lobulin contents of dif ferent varieties or dif ferent regions , but the difference of the interaction among regionsw as no t clear .The quality of soybean protein can be judged by the 11S/7S value .The quality of Jiuno ng 7714and Dong nong 42 w as the best among 5 soybean varieties .
