Abstract:
The abst raction of germinated soy bean to be treated by chitooligosaccharide acted w ith chitosan of DD71 .1 %for 15 minutes , w hich could make the VDP of acetate salt solution increase over 60 %.Soybean chi tinasepurified primarily of primary purification could free reduced sugar and easier to deg rade chitosan w hich DD waslower , and w hen it acted chilosan of DD 71 .1 % for 37 .5 hours , it produced w ater -soluble chitosin w hich averageDD w as 4 -5 , and it s yield was about 40 %.
