Abstract:
Leguminivora glycinivorella and aphid glycines are major insect pest of soybean in northeastern area of China.In order to broaden applying of germplasm resource and create new variety resisting to insect pest , exogenous DNAform Gleditisia japonica , cicer arietinum and land race were introduced into soybean cultivars of Jilin 20 , Jilin 25 , Jilin27 and Jilin 30 by pollen tube pathway technique .Four lines resistant to the insects (leguminivora glycinivorella or aphid glycines )were gained from the mutantsthrough appraising test for 3 -6 years .This paper report the results of selecting and appraising test .
