Abstract:
A method for the determinatio n of genistein in soybean ex tract by PR -HPLC w as established .Theseparating process w as perfo rmed on Hy persil BDS C18 Colum (250mm ×4 .6mm , 5μm),w ith a mobile phase ofCH3CN -0 .003mol/ L Na2HPO4 , flow rate of 1 .0ml/min and detecting w aveleng th at 259nm .The recovery ofgenistein is 99 .67 %, RSD is 0 .056 %.
