Abstract:
Soybean mosaic virus occurs w orldwide and it is a major soybean disease in China .Applying therandomly amplified Polymorphic DNA(RAPD)technique , w e have analy sed tw o soybean variet ies w hich w ereresistant and susceptible to SMV1 respectivly .We have demonst rated the inheritance of resistance of Heinong 39by studying the progenies of the cross of Heinong 39 X Hefeng 25 .We have identified one RAPD marker ,w hichw as OPN1400/ 1300 , closely linked to SMV resistance gene by BSA in F2 progenies of the cross w ith genetic distanceof 8 .2cM .
