Abstract:
In order to investigate the characteristics of ni trogen accumulation and translocation , tw o soybeanv arieties wi th different protein content s were used in pot ex periments .The results show that bo th the nitrogenaccumulation and nit rogen t ranslocat ion efficiency of higher protein content variety are signif icantly higher than that of low er -protein variety , there is also great difference between leaf ni trogen and stem nit rogen in high -protein variety , and the former is higher than that of lat ter , but there is only slight difference in low er -proteinone .Nitrogen accumulation peak is ten days delayed in high -protein variety than that of lower -protein one .
