Abstract:

Summer soybean germplasm MN413 wi th specif ic characters w as breed from hybrid generation inw hich mutant f rom soybean variety Wandou 16 , which w as treated by N+implantation , sex ually crossed w ithYudou 10 .In the research , the technique of N+implantation was applied to soybean breeding .As a result the315 .08kg/667m2 grain weig ht of MN413 w as harvested in Huang huai area .The morphological characters ofMN413 w ere :st ronger root system , high lodging -resistant , compact plant , luxuriant g row th and normalnumber of pods per main stem but more effective pods .The key of super high yield cultivated technique w ere :strong seedling and well dist ributed population had been completed in early duration , then plant g row thadjusterment and nutrient translation were made to accelerate effect ively accumulation and increase yield in mid-late duration .
