Abstract:: In plant generation of the crosses Liuhexiaoyeqing ×Xinyixiaoheidou and Shang raoganbosi ×Huaiyinqiuheidou, sig nificant variation betw een F1(P1 ×P2)and F1(P2 ×P1)were observed in dried soymilkoutput .There appeared obvious maternal cy toplasmic ef fect .The results of the joint analy ses of multiple plantgenerations of P1 , P2 , F1 , F2 and F2 :3 of tw o crosses of Liuhexiaoyeqing ×Xinyixiaoheidou and Shangraoganbusi ×Huaiyinqiuheidou show ed a consistant one major gene plus polygene mixed inheritance model .The heritabilityv alues for dried soymilk output were as hig h as 90 .47 %-99 .20 %.In plant generation F2 :3 of these crosses , theheritabilities of majo r gene w ere 68 .51 %-78 .74 %, and those of polygene w ere 20 .46 %-30 .32 %.
