Abstract:
Metabolic cultural solution method and polarizing microscopic techniques selected fo r this ex periment .The results are as follow s :①Exudates and mat ters in the metabolic cultural solution of soybean root are cementingagent to improve the quality of soil aggreg ates , w hich reachs the level of 1 %sing nificance .②The dy namiceffecf of soybean on micromo rphology of t ilth soil show s it changes the simple aggregates of co rn stubble field toround or ellipse shape and multidegree cmpound ag gregates and multidegree pore space w ithis soybean variousg row ing stages .③The colloid cementing compound aggreg ates is the abscission substance , secretion and the decayedold roo ts .The motive force to multistage aggergates is the action of penct ration , keeping apart and squeezingby soy bean new root s .
