Abstract:
Two resistant and tw o susceptible soybean varieties were inoculated w ith Soy bean Mosaic Virus(SMV).The leaves were taken f rom tested varieties at R1 , R3 , R5stages for biochemical analysis .The reasultshowed as follows :1  There w ere no apperent dif ferences in Perox idase(POD)and Polyphenoloxidase(PPO)isozyme zymogram inthe leaves of uninoculated resistant and susceptible soybean , but there w ere differences in POD and PPO activity .2 After inoculation w ith SMV3 POD , PPO and Superoxide Dismutase (SOD)activities w ere increased mo rerapidly in susceptible varieties than those in uninoculated cultivars .There w ere some bands of POD , PPO in susceptible varieties loss in the inoculated compared w ith the uninoculated .3 .There w ere significant dif fereces in the changing of POD , PPO , SOD activities in leaves of resistant and susceptible soybean along g row th proceding .
