Abstract:
DNA genetic variation of 22 accessions of wild soy bean and 22 accessions of cultivated soybean , w hichw ere f rom different lat itude in China , w as studied by SSR technique .Fo rty pairs of soybean SS R primers w eresy nthesized according to published data , and 12 out of them had polymorphic alleles.Specific bands were amplified by primer 3 betw een w ild soybean and cultivated soy bean , w hich showed this SS R marker w as one of the allelesamong w ild soybean and cultivated soy bean .The data analysis showed that :The average genet ic distance ofw ild soy bean and cultivated soybean were 0 .176 and 0 .150 respectively which ag reed on the thesis that w ildsoybean had more polymo rphism than that of cultivated soybean .And also it provided a molecular proof thatw ild soybean and cultivated soybean belonged to two species f rom the dendg rom at the site of genetic distance 0 .300 , w hich conformed to phenotypic results .
