Abstract:

The new soybean dregs were used as materials in the study .Four factors af fecting the content of naturalcellulose was tested w ith right angle experiment .These factors are caustic st reng th , temperature , time andthe amount of used enzymes .The research established the optimum conditions for ex tracting soybean dreg s.Soybean dreg s natural cellulose w as made throug h caustic t reatment , hy droly zation , dry ing and superpulverization.The production percentage w as 85 %.The content of cellulose is 80 % in the product .
