Abstract:
The seedlings of two so ybean cultiv ars " Ji lin 27" and "Baino ng 6" w ere ex posed to high temperatureor /a nd osmo tic co ndi tions. Under st resses, the relative w ater co ntent (% ) of the st ressed leav es decreased.The leakag e o f electrolytes (% ) and MDA co ntent of the st ressed leav es increased. Ef fect o f doublest resses of hig h tempera ture and osmo tic st ress on soy bean leav es w as approximately the sum of thatunder tw o single st resses. In addi tio n, SOD activ ities of "Baino ng 6" , and CAT activi ties of " Jilin 27" increasedunder st ress co ndi tio ns. But CA T activi ties of " Jilin 27" declines.
