Abstract:

In o rder to study the endog eno us ho rmones chang es o f so ybeans wi th dif ferent deg ree o f resistanceto race 1 and 7 of Cercospora soj ina Hara, ELIS A was used in this research. The resul ts show ed tha t:Af ter inoculation IAA co ntents in the leav es of resi stant v arieties w ere rela tiv ely high and the disease resistantpow er w as higher. The IAA co ntent and GA co ntent of susceptible v arieties w as low er and IPA contentw as higher. The induced expressio n of endogeno us ho rmo nes w as related to pathogenic fung i. Race 7 ofCercospora soj ina Hara a ffected much mo re to the endogeno us ho rmones conent.
