Abstract:
High f requency multiple shoo t- bud fo rmatio n f rom di fferent g eno type of soybea n co tyledonnode fo r the tw o- w eek pre- culture and two- week shoo t- inducing culture on a 1 /2MS- medium supplementedwi th BA and IBA w as o btained. Plant can be o btained f rom mul tiple sho ot- bud when t ra nsferredto low concentration o f BA, and af terw ards to f resh roo ting medium supplement N AA. 20- 30 budsw ere o btained f rom per ex pla nt fo r 40- 60 day s culture. It w as found that the plant reg eneratio n f requencyva ries obviously from g eno ty pes, hormo nes , dif ferent ex cision ci te a nd inducing time . Sui table conditionand procedure w ere established for the clump buds fo rmatio n and plant reg eneration, and this high f requencyreg eneratio n system ca n be applied to the soybean g enetic t ransfo rmatio n by ag o ra- bacterium a ndparticle bombardment.
